Every project is scoped individually, because a single-room refresh and a full-home redesign are different undertakings. What I can promise is clarity: after your consultation, you receive a defined proposal with phases, deliverables, and no surprise costs. I also offer packages for clients working within a tighter budget; mention it on your discovery call and I'll walk you through the options. The call itself is free, and it's the fastest way to get an idea for your space.

A single room typically runs six to ten weeks from concept to install; a full home is a phased plan over several months, and I'll give you a realistic timeline before we begin, not an optimistic one. Considering we are a client-designer collaboration based firm, client decision making also plays a role. Two things are worth knowing. Furnishing lead times are the largest variable, so the earlier we start, the earlier you're living in the finished space. And because I lead every project personally, I take a limited number at a time. Booking your consultation reserves your place in that queue.

This is the entire reason SLN exists. I design what I call family-proof luxury: interiors refined enough to stop you at the doorway and durable enough to survive what happens past it. Performance fabrics, forgiving finishes, layouts that anticipate muddy paws and busy mornings. You will never hear me suggest a room your family isn't allowed to use. If you've been waiting for the kids to get older before making your home beautiful, you're exactly who I built this studio for. Stop waiting.

Yes, and I'd rather you keep the pieces that matter. Part of the Discover phase is walking through what you have, what carries meaning, and what's earning its place. The best rooms mix new investment pieces with the ones that hold your family's history. Bring your list of keepers to the discovery call and we'll start there.

My home base is Farmington and the greater Hartford area, and I regularly take projects in New York and Coastal CT. If you're elsewhere, ask; depending on scope, remote design packages can make it work. Distance is a logistics question, not a no.

Samantha, herself. Not a junior designer, not an account manager. I lead every project personally from the first conversation to the final reveal, supported by trusted trade contractors for installation. It's the reason I keep my project list short, and the reason it's worth getting on it.

Thirty minutes, free, no obligation, and no pressure. You tell me about your home, your family, and what's not working. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit, what the process would look like, and what a realistic investment range is for your scope. Worst case, you leave with a clearer picture of your project. Best case, we begin. Either way, you'll know more in thirty minutes than in another month of browsing.
